Elaine’s Draft Kings DFS EPL Picks for October 6

Draft Kings has six games on Saturday’s slate. Harry Kane will once again be highly targeted as the Spurs match up against 19th place Cardiff. Looking defensively, Spurs defenders have a good chance for a clean sheet. Manchester United is not very happy with their current performance. I like teams and players with something to prove.

The standard lineup at Draft Kings consists of two forwards, two midfielders, two defenders, one goalkeeper, and one utility player. Saturday’s fixtures are below. The Fixture Difficulty Rating (FDR) comes from the Fantasy Premier League website. The rating is from 1-5 with one being the lowest difficulty rating and five being the highest difficulty rating (higher the rating, better the team).

Fixtures for October 6, 2018

Home Team FDR Away Team FDR
Burnley 2 Huddersfield 2
Crystal Palace 3 Wolves 2
Leicester 3 Everton 3
Spurs 4 Cardiff 2
Watford 3 Bournemouth 3
Manchester United 4 Newcastle 3

Manchester United D Luke Shaw ($5800) Shaw has averaged 8.7 fantasy points per game. The defender topped 14 points last week earning points by taking shots and crosses. Look for Shaw to provide fantasy points if he continues to be a part of set pieces.

Huddersfield M Aaron Mooy ($5100) Mooy is averaging 7.9 fantasy points per game. The Aussie is a good balance to a high priced player with a high floor and affordable price.
