Want to take on the Creativesports 2.0 staff, braino-y-braino, at DFS?
Well, you can indeed at RealTime Sports, matching up against my Creativesports 2.0 mates and me, and get some bragging rights in the process.
Tune in here daily, as we pick up the Creativesports 2.0 gauntlet where you can play our daily 50/50 game ($5) or come right after us — for we will rotate experts — on Fridays in the free Beat the Experts contest. Beat us and you can win $2, and that might be easier than you think!
Trevor Bauer ($6900). I usually advocate saving some $ and going with a second tier pitcher. Usually. Bauer’s matchup is too good to pass up, and he’s going to give you seven plus innings and double digit strikeouts. Over his past ten starts, Bauer has gone more than 6 innings nine times and has struck out an astonishing 99 batters. He’s money, and despite his cost, he will earn you a profit and a good start toward winning your competition.
Jesus Aguilar ($3900). The steal of the draft, it doesn’t get much better than this. Start with a hot Aguilar, with four home runs in the past four games. Add in the fact that he is the 19th highest priced first basemen. Yes, there are 18 first basemen that will cost you more. And for the finishing touches, Aguilar is facing Pablo Lopez and whatever else Miami can offer on the mound. In case you have forgotten, Lopez started for Miami on Friday against the Nationals. He was only responsible for 5 of the Nat’s 14 runs, but you get the idea.
