Chris Davis ($3200)/ Trey Mancini $3600: The Orioles face lefty Blake Snell this afternoon. Thus far this season, Manny Machado and Chris Davis lead the team with three HRs against left-handed pitching; however, Machado is the most expensive SS. Davis’ .129 BA against lefties is scary, but three of his four HRs has come against left-handed pitchers. The one time Homerun King is not being paid for his average; we know the risk. Trey Mancini is the obvious safer choice with a .302 BA and 2 HRs against left-handed pitching.
Carlos Gonzalez ($4000): CarGo’s home stats bolster a .333 BA and .815 SLG, and he put up 8.0 fantasy points against Milwaukee Friday night. The Rockies have been rotating outfielders so his playing status will need to be checked.
