DraftKings has six games on Saturday’s slate featuring the three worst defenses in the league – Fulham (29 goals conceded), Cardiff (18 goals conceded), and Huddersfield (17 goals conceded). Huddersfield has only scored four goals all season which adds to the value of Watford defender Holebas boasting the highest defender price at $7,100.
Holebas’ 13.6 fantasy points per game are hard to pass by for a defender; the primary concern is his propensity for yellow cards. On the other side of the pitch stands Mohamed Salah with an $11,400 price tag – yes, lofty. Salah hasn’t been living up to his price tag in recent weeks, but last week’s 19 points may signify the Egyptian star’s turning point. With a match up against Cardiff, turning away from Salah will be difficult. However, fitting Salah and Holebas will require some bargains.

Southampton M Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg ($5000) Southampton’s Dutch midfielder hasn’t scored a goal since mid-September, but still manages ten fantasy points per game from shots and peripherals. Newcastle gives up goals, so Hojbjerg could provide double-digit points at a reasonable price.
Liverpool D Joseph Gomez ($5100) Gomez is a bit of a gamble, and you’ll need to make sure he’s in the lineup. Gomez has replaced Alexander-Arnold the late three games which is a good indication he will start this Sunday. The young defender will have a good shot at a clean sheet. If Gomez plays a role in set pieces and can get some crosses in, double-digit points are not far from reach.
