Draft Kings has six games on Saturday’s slate. The highly favored game is the Spurs at home against Burnley. Poor Burnley — we pick on them every week. It will be difficult to pass on Harry Kane, even at $10,900. The British star laid a goose egg last week but also has multiple games with 20 or more fantasy points. Adding Kane immediately takes your available budget to $5,585. Finding value in mid-tier players will be key if Kane is on your roster.
The standard lineup at Draft Kings consists of two forwards, two midfielders, two defenders, one goalkeeper, and one utility player. Saturday’s fixtures are below. The Fixture Difficulty Rating (FDR) comes from the Fantasy Premier League website. The rating is from 1-5 with one being the lowest difficulty rating and five being the highest difficulty rating (higher the rating, better the team).
Fixtures for December 15, 2018
Home Team | FDR | Away Team | FDR |
Crystal Palace | 2 | Leicester | 3 |
Huddersfield | 2 | Newcastle | 2 |
Spurs | 4 | Burnley | 2 |
Watford | 3 | Cardiff | 2 |
Wolves | 3 | Bournemouth | 3 |
Fulham | 2 | West Ham | 2 |
West Ham, G, Lukasz Fabianski ($4,900): Fabianski has 7.4 fantasy points per game and earned double-digit points against Cardiff and New Castle. West Ham will face Fulham who has a high number of shots and low number of goals.
Leicester City, D, Harry Maguire ($4,900): Maguire is back from injury and should be fit to play. Still — double check lineups. Maguire has a great defensive matchup against Cardiff and a high ceiling. As long as the Leicester defender plays, the risk and the price are low.
