There are 12 NBA games on the main Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2018 slate at Draft Kings. I enjoy playing these larger slates and I especially like to search for the right value plays to go along with high-priced studs I’m targeting like Anthony Davis and James Harden.
The contests begin at 7 p.m. Wednesday, so be sure to check and see if the players you selected are actually playing tonight.
The standard lineup at Draft Kings consists of one point guard, one shooting guard, one small forward, one power forward, one center, one guard, one forward and one utility player.
With all the high-priced options tonight, we are going to need to find some solid value plays. That means players priced at $5000 or less that have the upside to return anywhere from six times value or more.
I have three such players under $5000 that I am considering for the Wednesday night slate.
Brooklyn Nets PF/C Quincy Acy ($4100) has exceeded six times value in four of his past five games, and he has a good opportunity on Wednesday night against a Indiana Pacers defense allowing power forwards to average 76.4 Draft Kings points per game over their past five games.
Indiana Pacers PG Cory Joseph ($4600) has exceeded six times value just twice in his last five games, but he has a good opportunity to get back on track Wednesday night against a Brooklyn Nets defense allowing point guards to average 81.9 Draft Kings points over their past five games.
Utah Jazz SF Royce O’Neale ($4300) has exceeded six times value in three of his past five games, and he has a good opportunity on Wednesday against a Phoenix Suns defense allowing small forwards to average 96.7 Draft Kings points per game over their past five games.
Good luck at Draft Kings!!
