There are 10 NBA games on the main Friday March 2nd, 2018 slate at Draft Kings. I enjoy playing these larger slates and I especially like to search for the right value plays to go along with high-priced studs I’m targeting like Russell Westbrook or Kevin Durant.
The contests begin at 7 p.m. Friday, so be sure to check and see if the players you selected are actually playing tonight.
The standard lineup at Draft Kings consists of one point guard, one shooting guard, one small forward, one power forward, one center, one guard, one forward and one utility player.
With all the high-priced options tonight, we are going to need to find some solid value plays. That means players priced at $5000 or less that have the upside to return anywhere from six times value or more.
I have three such players under $5000 that I am considering for the Friday night slate.
Detroit Pistons SG/SF Reggie Bullock ($4600) has exceeded six times value in three of his past five games and has a good opportunity against an Orlando Magic defense allowing small forwards to average 96.3 Draft Kings points per game.
Dallas Mavericks SF Doug McDermott ($3500) has exceeded six times value just once in the past five games but that could change Friday against Chicago Bulls defense allowing small forwards to average 91.6 Draft Kings points a game over their past five games including 5.8 three pointers a game.
Oklahoma City Thunder SF/PF Jerami Grant (#3500) has exceeded six times value just once in his past five games but has a very good opportunity against a Phoenix Suns defense allowing power forwards to average 84.8 Draft Kings points per game over their past five games.
Good luck at Draft Kings Friday!!
