There are 6 NBA games on the main Friday March 16th, 2018 slate at Draft Kings. I enjoy playing these larger slates and I especially like to search for the right value plays to go along with high-priced studs I’m targeting like Russell Westbrook or Joel Embiid.
The contests begin at 7 p.m.Friday, so be sure to check and see if the players you selected are actually playing tonight.
The standard lineup at Draft Kings consists of one point guard, one shooting guard, one small forward, one power forward, one center, one guard, one forward and one utility player.
With all the high-priced options tonight, we are going to need to find some solid value plays. That means players priced at $5000 or less that have the upside to return anywhere from six times value or more.
I have three such players under $5000 that I am considering for the Friday night slate.
Philadelphia 76ers SG/SF Marco Bellineli ($3500) has exceeded six times value just once in the past five games but is in a nice spot Friday against a Brooklyn Nets defense that over their past five games have allowed shooting guards to average 89.2 Draft Kings points a night.
Oklahoma City Thunder SF/PF Jerami Grant ($4300) has exceeded six time value in two of his past five games and is in a nice spot Friday against a Los Angeles Clippers defense allowing power forwards to average 84.3 Draft Kings points per game over their past five games.
Golden State Warriors SG Nick Young ($4000) has exceeded six times value in two of his past five games and has a great opportunity on Friday against a Sacramento Kings defense who over their past five games have allowed shooting guards to average 78.1 Draft Kings points per game.
Good luck at Draft Kings Friday!!
