Football Hotpage – Week Nine – Trades and Suspensions

by Marc Meltzer

Suspensions and trades have opened  several opportunities in week nine.  With Ezekiel Elliott finally out, Prescott-Bryant looks like a great option against a weak KC defense.  The trade of Kelvin Benjamin out of Carolina leaves one week of Devin Funchess underpriced for his anticipated target increase.

With Andrew Luck finally on IR, Jacoby Brissett can stop looking over his shoulder and should be more comfortable this week against a Houston team that will likely come into the game depressed about the loss of DeShaun Watson.

Corey Davis is finally expected back after a week two hamstring injury off a great week one rookie debut.  While Baltimore is not a great matchup, expect Mariotta to target Davis early and often.
